The largest island in the Bristol Channel, off the coast of Devon, England, is the Isle of Lundy. In the 1920's Martin Coles Harman declared himself King and issued his own coinage based on a monetary unit of the PUFFIN.
A one Puffin coin has a head-to-toe image of a Puffin. A seabird from the island and other islands in the area.
As this is a HALF PUFFIN :-) it only has the image of HALF of a Puffin. Luckily it's the top half.
This is an excellent example of the only year of issue, 1929.
I'm inclined to say MS63 due to the obv. spot and a discoloration/delamination.
Nice luster beneath the chocolate color.
