The only defect I see is a few dark specks at the inside rim. See last photo.

About the pattern designer:
Raija Liisa Olin (after marriage: Uosikkinen) (born April 12, 1923 Hollola - 15 january 2004 Helsinki) was a Finnish ceramic artist and pattern designer who made a long career in the Arabia tableware factories from 1947 until 1986, when she retired. Her work has been exhibited at the Milan Triennale in 1954 and 1960, and the Brussels World's Fair in 1958. Her work has had three solo shows. One of her designs was awarded a gold medal in Sacramento (USA) in 1961.
