Fully functioning and all cleaned up and ready to go ... gently use large oversized range salt and pepper shaker so they're 4 inches high by 3 in in diameter. Plugs are there and work great there are no broken Shaker holes and no hairline cracks but the pepper shaker does have a little bit of crazing on the outside. If you're buying them to have in your kitchen and use they're perfect ... If you're looking for museum quality mint condition shakers look elsewhere. I love these and I love the design they're so 1977. !!! Labels are missing but they're probably Counterpoint or Takahashi or most likely Otagiri .... 1970s made in Japan ! Super super safe shipper with 27 years experience !
