It has NO PROBLEMS, and I would honestly rate it at least a 9.7... This is probably 1 of the finest issues in circulation.., IN MY OPINION.... PLEASE SEE PICS
This issue GRADED @ a 9.8 is around 1200$, and a 9.9 around 3200$... a 10 is over $6k!!
