In pre-owned condition. Antique Brass Finish, metal, porcelain in blue and gold details. Measures about 12" across and hangs a total of 15" from the ceiling. In very good vintage condition for its age.  This fixture takes three standard small base candelabra style bulbs (not included). Estate sale find. Untested.
