This sheet was bought and left rolled in the box it came in. The sheet starts with serial number 99373587 and ends with 99993587. I would have thought the end numbers would change it is actually the third and fourth numbers. After going through all the checks for identifying as real currency, it is real. The feel which of course you are unable to feel, is correct. Plate number and sequence are correct. The tiny blue and red fibers seen with scope are there, correct. You are able to purchase sheet uncut bills from the treasury department of course those will only be current currency, which in 2003 changed for different scene.
