*Brand New Condition* 1950's Plastone's Hot 'N' Cold Thermal/Glass-Lined 1/2 Gallon Beverage Jug. Cupples Company, St. Louis, MO. This particular jug was a gift from a local Ford dealership, as a thank you for visiting the dealership to inquire about their latest vehicles.
It's in UNUSED & perfect condition with cup lid, inner flip lid/seal (tight seals), original instructions & an incredible note/insert from the Ford Moror Company's (at the time) Car Marketing Manager, Lee Iacocca, who later became extremely well known throughout the auto industry.
It's lined by a 1/2 gallon-size Atlas glass mason jar, insulated (actual) & encapsulated with a hard plastic. The only real flaws to speak of are minor scuffs & 2 factory flaws on the plastic inner lid/seal. Excess flash remains from the mold on one side & what looks like a couple of metal flakes that made it into the mold during casting. Neither would affect use. Regardless, this is the condition in which it shipped from the factory.
