Beautiful Antique 800 Silver Enameled and Hand Painted Souvenir Tourist Spoon Helgoland / Heligoland Germany by Max Fleischman. 800 Silver Souvenir Spoon Enameled Bowl Hand Painted with the largest island of the Helgoland arhipelago. Ornate handle topped with the Hand Painted Helgoland Coat of Arms: St. Joseph with the Lamb of God on one hand, Lilies of the Valley on the other hand, and three St. Joseph fish on the Helgoland flag. Helgoland follows the St Joesph symbolism of three with the three colors of the flag. Enameled Helgoland under the top. Hallmarked. Approx. 14 grams. Helgoland is off the North Sea coast of Germany. Very Rare and Hard to Find.

Marked in three stamps with a crescent moon, crown, 800 and M.F. (for Max Fleisschman) on the back of the spoon.

Circa early 1900s. Germany.

Approx. 4.9” Long. 14 grams.

Very Good previously owned Antique condition. Has a beautiful aged patina. Some signs of age and/or use including tarnish and marks, but not worth noting.
