I do not know what this crest insignia is for. I believe possibly European Military. If you have any info please let me know. I have a number of items of my moms with no info on what source is. Felt backed, Metal thread, colored thread, blue backing in center. Curved raised in center.
Condition: Very good antique vintage, backing is felt so there are a few "hairs" of the felt around edge due to age, see all photos
