This lens has served me well. It is a phenomenal SUPER-fast (f/2.8), SUPER-wide rectilinear L-series lens from Canon.
It renders images in a truly unique way. I really enjoy using it for interesting perspectives
The focus distance window has a scratch/crack that has been on the lens since I got it years ago (shown in detail photo). I assume it was packed carelessly. I’ve used it a lot in the past few years and there are no signs of it ever being dropped. Aside from that, the lens is solid and pristine. The barrel, contacts, mount, etc are functionally and ascetically excellent. The glass is clear of any imperfections and the focusing ring turns smoothly. Autofocus is fast and accurate.
