This is one of the cooler peppermills I've seen. He is a golfer dressed in his golfing outfit complete with golf club and hat. Carved of wood and hand painted he would definitely be a novelty on your dinner table. He is 8.5" tall and in very nice condition- he does have a couple of minor dings in his paint, but they are not deep enough that a little touch up wouldn't make them look good as new. It's possible that he is supposed to be Irish. He seems to do what he is supposed to but I don't have anything to test him with.
