It has an "Air Quality Sensor Fault" error, which makes the auto mode disabled, the auto mode detects if the air is dirty and will turn the device on and off according. However, the purifier works fine in manual mode. You can still set the speed and just let it run.
Cosmetically, it does have some scratches and wear.
No Remote Control, but the purifier can be controlled using the Dyson app.
