This is an old cruiser, probably from the 1940s to 1950s.
Enameled snaps, union patch in upper right pocket, all original buttons, and in great condition.
The color is dark green. I used Crayola colored pencils to show the color. I've never seen one like it.
It fits small. In today's standard I would call it a large small or a small medium.
There are three patched holes and some wear in various places.
For it being 70 years old, it's in great shape.
