Item was originally purchased from Square Enix store and was displayed in a glass display case away from sunlight in a smoke-free home.
The sword broke off near the hand and was repaired with using a jewelry drill to insert a pin for support and super glue for hold. Image 7 provides a close up of the repair. Due to the design of the figure, it is difficult to see unless inspecting very closely. Otherwise, figure and box are without significant issue.
