This is the alternate helmeted head accessory from the Marvel Legends Captain America: Brave New World Sam Wilson figure.
Defect Notice: The peg hole is too small to properly fit on the figure’s head peg.
I tried sanding the inside (may be slight evidence, though I don’t see any).
I also tried heating it up and pressing it on, which worked temporarily, but after swapping heads again it refused to go back on.
So, this one is being sold as-is. Maybe you’ll have better luck with it!
Condition overall looks fine otherwise, and it could still work for custom projects or displays.
