A copy of the Original Recipes and Directions are included and you can google spritz cookies and find many more recipes.
Good previously owned vintage condition. Some discoloration to the plates. No box as the boxes are usually torn up and just add a pound to the weight. When you are cleaning these presses, be sure not to leave the part with the screw to soak very long. It will rust and if the handle is painted black, the paint will peel. The other pieces can soak for awhile.
