“New” Nintendo 2DS XL is Tested and working. It includes the handheld, charger and micro sd and stylus. It if fully functional, holds a charge and reads/plays game cartridges.
The handheld has light cosmetic damage to outer shell mainly bottom shell. The screens are in Good condition with no noticeable damages. The bottom screen has a small crack along the top of the shell (see photos for reference)
