I think the Penelope nursery design is from 2011.
This bird mobile with 5 pink/brown birds seems to be in great condition, I don't see any issues. Might have some discoloration, see closeup photo--I think it is just the interior showing through in shadows but can't really tell. Barely noticeable. Mobile arm to attach to crib not included, but has a chainlink hanging piece you could hook from ceiling, or use with a mobile arm you already own.
