In overall excellent condition! Set has been verified to be completed, including accessories, stickers and instructions. The small Batman Logo sticker has slight peeling and there is minor wear on the black lego piece itself that has the stickers. Batman and Killer Croc minifigure are in excellent pristine condition. There are absolutely, zero cracks, wear, and loose joints! As you can see, they're pretty clean and shiny. Instructions are in fair condition, all pages are present, however, there is tearing along the binder as pictured. Awesome rare set from 2006! Positive Rated Lego Seller and Collector :)
