The Galapagos Tortoise was designed by Elisabeth Adamer as a Special Limited Edition 2010 Event Piece available exclusively to SCS members attending special events promoting the SCS Annual Edition Endangered Wildlife Series. This is the third and final Event Piece in the 'Endangered Wildlife' Series. It features a fully faceted Galapagos Tortoise with shell in Smokey Quartz crystal, an unfaceted Clear crystal head and legs, with Jet crystal eyes and accents on legs. This item was not available for sale in retail stores before being closed for retired in 2010. Decoration object. Not a toy. Not intended for children under 15. sThis figurine was stored in my curio cabinet and only touched with Swarovski white gloves.
