EVERY SUCH OLD BINOCULAR WILL NEED AN INTERNAL CLEANING! That said, there are those who don't mind slight to moderately dulled views due to internal film on the surfaces of prisms and lenses. If you prefer older well made optics that were built to last a lifetime, and beyond, then here is an incredibly nice Japanese Triton made in 1965. Razor sharp and now bright and easy to focus after a cleaning and lube job, we also enhanced the optics by blackening the inner facing sides of the two lower prisms. A custom touch. One could easily pay $150+ JUST FOR THE CLEANING! Comes with a case in great shape and all four logo embossed lens caps that are often missing. We added a belt for a carry strap to the case. Perfect Father's Day, or Birthday, gift. Especially if your guy was born in '65!!! Swift was the importer and is one of the most collected binos. Their Audobon series is a world class classic.
