The Too Cute Twins are interactive soft-bodied dolls manufactured by a company called DSI Toys. They were released in 2002 with a motorized head, arms and link to each other by an infra-red blaster and receiver in their ears.
They talk to each other, they sing, joke and have motorized arms. In other words, every time they talk their arms move up and down and move their heads (only one movement per phrase). They can also "eat" when you put the spoon in her/his mouth.
