Vintage 1999 Got Milk? Kittens cat jar cookie jar ceramic at home international

This is a gently used vintage 1999 Got Milk? Brand (by At Home International & California Milk Processor Board) cookie jar with 3 kittens and the branded “got milk?” Next to them. There is 2 of the same design on the front and back of the jar and the lid of the jar just has got milk? On it. The lid has some speckle flakes baked into the ceramic, which you can see the details in the last picture (in other words it came this way). The bottom has some shelf wear on the bottom portion that has direct contact with the shelf. There is also 3 small nicks around that part too. The jar’s circumference is roughly 4.5” and is around 5.25” tall without the lid and with the lid 6”. The lid doesn’t easily close the whole way with the rubberized thing around it, so it looks like it does in the pictures. I personally don’t want to force it and break it. I am pretty sure this can be fixed easily or take the rubberized thing off and it’ll close.
