Inside, you’ll find the maker’s mark stamped on the hinge—plus the original paper price tag of $18, preserved for decades.
This clutch came from my boyfriend’s mother’s personal collection, purchased when she was newly married and completing graduate school in the late 1950s. She later became a celebrated scientist.
Excellent vintage condition, especially for an all-white piece. Only the most minimal storage marks, visible only upon close inspection.
