Vintage Large Murano Glass Shell Shaped Aquarium Sculpture

You are viewing a stunning large Murano aquarium glass sculpture, hand blown in Italy around the 1960's. It features a large, two sided shell shaped aquarium with a school of multi colored fish and a deep blue center. It measures 8 7/8" wide x 5" high x 3 1/8" deep. This same design was made in a variety of sizes and many are considered paper weights, but this is a very large version that would be considered more of a sculpture. I am not a Murano Glass expert however I do my best to research for the most accurate information.

This item is in very good pre-owned condition and clean, with no chips or cracks but does have a couple of fine surface scratches on both sides, hardly noticeable (shown in last two photos). Item weighs 5lbs and 8.5 ounces. Will be packaged with great care.
