Check out this awesome vintage dress!
This dress came to me with no tags but through research I've discovered this is a brand called Olga or Olgawear and I'm pretty sure it's 100% polyester. Fits like XS-S, has lots of stretch! I believe this sleeve is called a batwing sleeve?
In excellent vintage condition without stains or flaws however that bottom hem is a raw edge and I think the hem was taken out. Some light pilling near the bottom of the skirt Doesn't bother me as I am rather tall (5'10") so this fit well and this particular material is not the kind that will unravel, even after washing.
Measurements laid flat, but keep in mind it stretches!
Waist: 11.5" (can stretch to 17")
Total length (top of shoulder to unhemmed bottom): 60"
