Up for sale is a vintage Pendleton wool button down shirt with the, “Continental Airlines” logo on the back.
Shirt belonged to my uncle, and I’m assuming he purchased it an estate sale sometime in the 1980s.
** SHIRT IS OLD AND SHOWS SIGNS OF AGING AND WEAR, commensurate with age and usage.
~ Top button is missing
~ Some light colored areas of staining are evident
~ At least one small actual hole in the wool
~ Signs of moths/ light mostly overall damage to the wool
~ A few small darker stains
When I received this shirt, I steamed it with a steamer and looked it over best I could. It could probably benefit from a dry cleaning, which might help with the stains?
It is wearable, but it is probably more of a collectible. I could not find another shirt like this when doing price comparisons, I could only find Pendleton blankets with this logo, so I started the price where I thought would be best.
