Vintage Volt Voltmeter Gauge Panel Mount 17v 2 3/8”

This is a vintage 1970s 17-volt gauge with a mount and panel. It’s in good shape for its age with signs of wear and use such as speckled surface all over but is still very solid. The casing and meter under the gauge are in great shape with hardly any wear besides some dirt/dust trapped behind. The gauge is 2 3/8” in diameter and the panel/mount measures 2 3/4”x 2 5/8”. There is no light and there is no brand other than some light printed words on the back that I think say “ban”. I’m not sure of it’s working condition and is being sold under the assumption to be restored, for parts or decorative purposes only. Please, resort to photos for item description as well.
