Here is a great Art Deco glass ceiling light fixture that looks to date from the 1930s. The globe has frosted sides and a clear decorative bottom and measures about 8 inches each way. The painted-steel base adds another 4.75 inches. There is a porcelain socket for one bulb. The base has a UL sticker and a John Virden sticker.
This has no cracks or chips except for some chipping along the edge that fits into the base (see photos). The frosted part has yellowed. The base needs painted.
