You are looking at a We're All Mad Here Neon Sign neon sign, which we used for the Mad Hatter and tea party section of an Alice in Wonderland birthday party.
It has 3 settings; low, medium and high. The 1st and 2nd photos are on high setting; 3rd photo is medium, and 4th photos is back to high. We used the high setting for our party.
It is in like new, excellent condition; only used once for the party for a few hours.
