This is an old antique 19th Century Victorian cast iron frame with a bronze like gilt from old estate.
Features a winged fairy lady smelling a rose. I see a few paint patina rub spots consistent to its age. See photos. There is no glass. Has embossed number on back and the stand works well.
Measures 11" tall by 7 1/4" and opening from back measures 5 1/2" by 4 1/4".
